NOTE: Additional fee of $30 (per guest) applies to more than two (2) guests. The maximum number of guests is four (4) for this property.

• Cancellations are allowed up to 15 days prior to arrival with a $25 per night cancel fee. No refunds are allowed within the last 2 weeks
• All pricing is shown for up to two guests. If you have more than two people in your party, please call us for the additional price. If the additional guests are children, please call to make arrangements. 

There is a DVD player connected to the HDTV monitor with some DVDs to choose from. 

Access to the furnished apartment is via an expansive exterior staircase perfect for taking wedding party photo's. The staircase leads up to a landing with a patio table & two parlor chairs.

• The property is non-smoking with smoking allowed on the outside landing only.

• Check-In Time is between 4-6 p.m., with later check-in times available with pre-arrangement. Please indicate your estimated arrival time when making your reservation, and kindly give us a telephone call to update us if you must change the time. 
• Check-out Time is 11a.m.

The Bed and Breakfast Manager will meet you or give you instructions where to pick up your key.

• Breakfast items consist of fresh fruit, pastries, fruit juices, milk, cereal and yogurt available in your stocked refrigerator. A coffee maker is provided for you to brew coffee or tea which is provided. Ice cubes are available in the freezer.

• The bathroom has a bath tub with an overhead shower and is stocked with towels, shampoo and soap. Housekeeping is provided only for stays longer than two nights
